The flat also comes with a private underground parking space.
The Club House is available to every resident and supplies a charming bar, a pro-shop as well as a gastronomy section in case you're feeling ever so slightly hungry.

Even an underground garage is included. From the terrace you have a nice sight over the golf court and further away you can see some glimpse from the sea. Service from Rachid is really excellent (BIG thank you to you, Rachid).
