A large 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment with 144 sq m of living space and a further 84 sq m of terrace area. The penthouse occupies a corner position, with 3 terraces positioned to catch every ray of sun the entire day. Relax on the terrace with views of either La Concha mountain, at the front, or one of the complex’s swimming pools, from the rear terrace. Every room is furnished to an extremely high standard, and comes fully equipped for a maximum of 6 people. The living room includes a DVD player, CD stereo, and 28” color TV with satellite connection. All rooms have air conditioning, which can be switched to heated air if necessary during cool weather, as well as overhead fans in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom is located on the living room level and features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2 upper level bedrooms have twin beds and a shared fully fitted bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air

 

conditioned and have additional ceiling or standing fans.

Airport pick-up can also be arranged or you can rent a car at Malaga airport and drive yourself. Directions will be provided once receipt of payment is confirmed.

The complex reflects the architects desire to create an atmosphere of a typical quiet Andalucian village with classic rustic white walls, red roofs and quiet footpaths. All common areas at La Maestranza feature attractive water features, walkways and planted areas. There are 2 main swimming pools and one children’s pool for guest’s use

 
 

Fully manned security is provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and the complex has restricted coded key entry portals. In addition, the apartment has deadbolt locks on the main door and an entry alarm system is fitted.

 There is a large, well equipped supermarket located next to the complex, as well as a pharmacy, restaurants, and other shopping facilities. Close by, there are bars, more restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, shops and a shopping centre. The Bull Ring is about 5 minutes walk from La Maestranza, which holds a Saturday market where you can buy almost anything. For those who like to gamble, there is a casino at the Andalucia Plaza, about 10 minutes walk away.

 
 
 
  THE LOCATION - PUERTO BANUS / GOLF VALLEY

About 15 minutes walking distance from the marina at Puerto Banus, La Maestranza is situated in the heart of Golf Valley, has 7 courses within a few minutes drive from the apartment complex, and nearly 50 courses accessible within a 40 minute driving distance!! Courses include Las Brisas, La Quinta, Aloha, Los Arqueros, Los Naranjos, Marbella G&CC, Mijas, San Roque and Valderrama amongst many others.

Should golf not be your main interest, the beaches at glamorous Puerto Banus are just 15 minutes easy walk from La Maestranza. The apartment makes a great base for touring Seville, Grenada, Cadiz and other parts of historical Andalucia, while Gibraltar is only 45 minutes drive away. The Sierra Nevada mountains are about 2 ½ hours drive and offer skiing, snow boarding and other winter sports from November to March.

Puerto Banús is synonymous with wealth, fashion, glamorous parties and the 'highlife & nightlife'. The "place to be" and "to be seen", this is where the elite classes and would-be famous are to be found.
The area is lined with designer boutiques and restaurants, including well-known venues such as Trader Vic's and Salduba. Nightclubs such as Dreamers and Oliviá Valère's are just down the road and the area teems with pubs, bars and cafes. The marina is home to large, expensive yachts and smaller pleasure craft alike, whose owners park their Ferraris and Bentleys along the quayside.

Family holidays, golf groups, holiday groups. Not suitable for the infirm or those in wheelchairs. No pets.
